The principles
The UMRR-11 Type 132 radar is ideal for intersection management (particularly those with high bicycle traffic thanks to its UHD high resolution). It is suitable for on-board applications as well as for traffic flow management on urban and suburban roads.

Vehicle Presence Detection at the Stop-Line

The principles

The RFPV radar of the R-FLEX range uses 24 GHz Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) technology to detect approaching all types of vehicles on a roadway, operating on dedicated or mixed tracks.

This new radar functions like a virtual loop. It replaces in-ground magnetic loops (approach loop and presence loop at the traffic light) and eliminates the need for roadworks and maintenance.

It is equipped with two relays, which are activated upon motion detection and/or presence at the stop line.

Two independent functions are activated by default :

• Presence function: detects moving or stationary vehicles at the stop line
• Passage function : detects moving vehicles in all its detection zone

The detection of a vehicle in the presence zone activates a relay. When the vehicle crosses the stop line, the relay switches. If the vehicle is stationary, the relay remains activated until it leaves the zone.

Like the entire range of radars, the new RFPV is fully configurable via the Cap’Mobile application.

The principles

The RFI radar is the declination of the R-Flex radar range. Small in size, this 24GHz microwave sensor with Doppler effect can be easily integrated into a panel or any other automaton.

Thanks to its reliable and efficient detection, the RFI radar detects all types of vehicles. The speed information is then transmitted to controllers such as variable message signs, preventivel radars or traffic lights.

The RFI radar can be used in many applications to regulate and secure traffic.

The principles

The RFSV radars of the R-FLEX range respond to the evolution of road traffic management by adapting to multiple applications combining detection accuracy and speed measurement.

Discreet, ultra compact and urban, these radars are 24GHz doppler-effect microwave sensors for high reliability detection. Its different versions adapt to all types of vehicles thanks to an adjustable range. The speed threshold, the direction of detection and the holding time can also be conditioned according to the applications.
