Les principes
Accurate, reliable, and highly adaptable, the wireless magnetometer sensor detects vehicle presence and movement by monitoring changes in the Earth’s magnetic field. It wirelessly transmits real-time detection data to an Access Point, which forwards it to a traffic management center and/or traffic signal controller.
When a vehicle enters the detection zone, it disturbs the reference magnetic field, triggering the sensor to detect the presence. In the absence of vehicles, the sensor continuously monitors the ambient magnetic field and performs auto-calibration to maintain optimal accuracy without manual adjustment.
